End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and [Your Name or Company Name] (“Developer”) for the use of the iOS mobile application “Hey Nora“ (“App”), available through the Apple App Store.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Hey Nora solely for your personal, non-commercial use on any Apple device that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Distribute, lease, license, sell, or otherwise transfer Hey Nora to any third party.
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
• Use the App in any unlawful manner, or for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. No Data Collection

Hey Nora does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Any settings, preferences, or data generated through use of the App remain on your device and are not accessed by the Developer.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to Hey Nora, including all content, code, and design, are owned by the Developer and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party. Your rights under this Agreement will automatically terminate if you violate any term. Upon termination, you must delete Hey Nora from your device and cease all use.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Hey Nora is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. The Developer disclaims all express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use Hey Nora.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Your Country or State], without regard to conflict of law principles.
